Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReAurra website, booking an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in colour and finish may occur between screen representation and the actual piece. High Jewellery and bespoke pieces are priced on request and confirmed in writing before any commitment is made.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only when payment has been received and we have sent a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. For bespoke commissions, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon signing the commission agreement.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to over 48 countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. All shipments are fully insured to the declared value. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in your country.
Returns and Exchanges
Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Bespoke and engraved pieces are non-returnable. High Jewellery pieces purchased at a private viewing may be subject to different terms, confirmed in writing at point of sale. To initiate a return, contact returns@reaurra.com.
Warranties
All ReAurra pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. This does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss. Stone tightening is offered complimentary for life. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
